  • What type of care do you offer?
    We provide high-quality Personal Care tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident, supporting their health, comfort, and independence.
  • What can I bring to the Care Home? Can we bring furniture from home?
    Yes, absolutely. We encourage residents to bring personal items that help them feel at home. While all rooms are fully furnished, you're welcome to bring a favourite chair, small furniture items, personal photos, pictures, or even your own curtains. If you're unsure about any item, our team will be happy to check for you.
  • Can someone with Dementia move into the home?
    Yes, individuals living with Dementia are welcome. We aim to provide a supportive and understanding environment that promotes dignity and wellbeing.
  • Do I have to pay extra for entertainment?
    No, all in-home entertainment, events, and activities are included. These are designed around the interests and needs of our residents to promote physical, cognitive, and social wellbeing.
  • How quickly will my family member arrive after admission acceptance?
    This can be discussed with the manager.
  • What are your visiting times?
    We do not have any set visiting restrictions. This is your home, and family and friends are welcome to visit anytime. We encourage visits around mealtimes to enhance the sense of community.
  • Do you cater for certain dietary requirements?
    Yes, we cater to a wide range of dietary needs. Our chef will be happy to discuss individual preferences and requirements to ensure meals are both enjoyable and nutritious.
  • Can I bring my own things when I move in?
    Yes, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible. You're encouraged to bring items that make your room feel more personal. Our team will do their best to accommodate your preferences.
