Jenny brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as Operations Manager. With over 30 years in the health and social care sector, Jenny has worked across a wide variety of care settings and is known for her compassionate leadership and unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standards of care.

Throughout her career, Jenny has earned a reputation for excellence, ensuring that every individual receives person-centred, dignified, and safe care. She understands the unique needs of each client and works closely with her teams to tailor support that promotes independence and wellbeing.

Jenny’s passion lies in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives—whether supporting those in residential care or leading teams to thrive in their roles. Her hands-on approach, deep understanding of care regulations, and strong leadership make her an invaluable asset to the organisation.

Recently recognised as one of the Influential Women in Business 2025, Jenny’s achievements are a testament to her outstanding leadership and the positive impact she brings to the care community.

Registered Manager for Clarence House

I began my journey at Clarence House in 2017 as a Care and Support Worker, progressing to a senior role in 2018. In 2019, I was given the opportunity to become Deputy Manager, and during that time, I was proud to support the team in achieving a ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Now, as the Registered Care Home Manager, I am honored to lead this incredible team. Since stepping into this role, we have successfully maintained our ‘Good’ CQC rating, a testament to the dedication and hard work of everyone at Clarence House.

Beyond Clarence House, I have experience in various care settings, having worked both as an agency worker and as a Deputy Area Manager for a major health and care provider. My passion lies in delivering hands-on, person-centred care, ensuring that every resident enjoys the best possible experience while calling Clarence House their home.

Outside of work, I stay busy with my energetic dog, Pablo, and I’m a keen chef—so you might just find me lending a hand in the Clarence kitchen from time to time!
